Gatewear 2025 pre-sale is open!

TL;DR:

Order your Gatewear now through Saturday, June 28 at 5pm PT. Pre-orders are for folks planning to work 3+ shifts with the department. No refunds if you change your mind or don’t follow through. Read on for the juicy details.

• Personalized mugs are back again - logo on one side, your name of choice on the other. Also back: less expensive, laser-engraved travel mugs, specifically fitted so you can use them on perimeter shift in the cup holders 😉
• Also also back: Evergreen shirts AND regular hoodies! If you've worked 3+ shifts across *any* year in GP&E you can order anything with the Evergreen logo.
• As usual, we'll be able to offer heavyweight hoodies (both with the 2025 logo and with the Evergreen logo) during the post-event sale

 

How Pre-Ordering Works:

We know the shift sign-up system isn’t live yet. That’s fine. This is all about good faith.

When you place a pre-order, you’re committing to work at least three shifts. We’ll confirm that with the rosters once they’re up. If it turns out you don’t follow through, your order is forfeit: no refunds or exchanges. These are custom items made just for you.

Not ready to commit? No worries. We’ll have a post-event sale again (sale in October/November, expect delivery in early 2026), so you can always wait and order then.

A note on pricing:

You may notice a few small shifts this year, mostly due to those ever-charming tariffs. Thanks to our long-term vendor relationships, we’ve managed to keep most prices close to what you’ve seen in the past. That said, behind-the-scenes costs are rising nation-wide, and they’re affecting the whole Gatewear process in everything from t-shirt blanks to the cost of screen printing ink, which is getting passed along to us.

We’re doing our best to hold the line, but heads up: prices may increase for the post-event sale. That’s out of our hands. So if you’re watching your budget, ordering earlier rather than later is your best bet.
