When do I get my stuff?
You'll pick up your order on playa during the event. If you ordered Gatewear for previous years, they'll be shipped to you.
Can't you just bring my whole order to playa for me to pick up?
Nope: that's not sustainable for us to try to manage. Sorry.
What happens if I don't pick up on playa?
We'll reach out to you post-event (think October at the earliest - we need a month to decompress) to get a shipping quote to you. Once you pay that, we'll ship your items to you. Please try to avoid this. The extra bandwidth it takes for us to cart your stuff back home with us, store it, organize it, and arrange shipping to you is more work than it might seem.
Can I order for other Gate, Perimeter, and Exodus folks?
Sure, just put everyone's names in the notes on the order for us, so we can confirm everyone has shifts scheduled.
Can I order or my partner/tiny human/mom/fuckbuddy?
Nope. No unless they're working for GP&E
What is the option to pay in installments on Shop Pay?
When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into flexible installment payments.* Your first payment is due when you make your purchase.

Are there late fees?
No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.
