The 2025 post-event sale is open!

Hey Gate fam! It’s that time again 🔥

The 2025 Gatewear post-event sale is officially live! If you worked 3+ shifts with GP&E at this year’s burn, you’re eligible to order 2025 gear and the Evergreen Collection. 🎉

Heads up: orders close at 5 PM Pacific on December 30, 2025. No grace period, no second chances. Once the deadline hits, that portal shuts hard.

If your 2025 items aren’t already in stock, we’ll be placing a bulk vendor order right after the sale closes. Expect your gear to start shipping out in late January, with a few exceptions. You’ll get tracking info once your order’s on the move so you can gleefully stalk its journey to your doorstep.

In the Bay Area? Bay Area pickup will once again be available once everything lands: just keep an eye out for the announcement when your order is ready for grab-and-go, and choose local pickup as your shipping option.

The Evergreen Collection 🌲

Back again - you’ll find the classic logo tees, cozy hoodies, and travel mugs you know and love, plus the return of the kimono-style Evergreen robe, for those who like to serve post-shift luxury. You can order Evergreen items if you've worked 3 or more shifts across any years in GP&E.

For our throwback legends

If you worked shifts in 2024 or earlier, you can still snag gear from those years too! Just remember: you can only order for the years you actually worked. We verify rosters, so if you didn’t earn that 2019 patch, you can’t claim it.

One last thing

When you check out, add your playa or Babalooey name (and anyone else’s you’re ordering for) in the “special instructions” box. This helps us confirm eligibility and keeps your order moving smoothly.
